DragTrade

Store/About Me: DragTrade allows sellers to have a Store and an About Me page which may be used to describe the sellers business. Sellers may include links to their own individual website/s.

Catalogue sales: Listings of catalogues for sale, with the intention of buyers directly ordering items from them outwith the DragTrade system and website, is not allowed. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension.

Choosing the right listing category: Sellers are responsible for placing items in the correct category. DragTrade reserves the right to move and replace wrongly placed items.

Fee avoidance: Any seller who attempts to avoid paying fees by any means will be instantly suspended and may have their account terminated.

Multiple listings: Sellers may list items multiple times. Items may be listed in different categories as long as they are relevant to the chosen category. DragTrade reserves the right to move and replace wrongly placed items.

Shipping charges: Sellers are fully responsible for making buyers aware of the shipping and handling charges in the description area provided. Sellers should check first with their chosen carrier and charge reasonable shipping and handling fees.

Raffles, prizes and free items: DragTrade does not allow any of these kinds of items. Sellers must have an item to sell or swap. Users who wish to advertise their services are able to do so.

HTML and additional code: DragTrade allows sellers to use their own HTML code to enhance their listing via the available HTML editor. No Javascript is allowed and items with Javascript added will be removed.

Links: DragTrade does not allow sellers to add links to item descriptions. DragTrade reserves the right to remove any links found in item descriptions; repeated abuse may result in suspension or account termination. Links may be added to your "About Me" page. Sellers advertising their services are allowed to link to their own website in their description.

Titles: All titles must be relevant to the item. Items with irrelevant titles will be edited.

Off site sales: DragTrade strictly prohibits anyone sending email offers through our contact system for offsite sales.

Tax: All users must agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your listing, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.

Items not sent: DragTrade requires that all items sold are sent as advertised. Sellers must complete transactions when they purchase an item from the seller. Failure to do so may lead to suspension or account termination. If a seller is paid and does not send the item as requested, DragTrade will instantly suspend the seller account pending investigation. We advise all payments to be made using Paypal so that should problems occur, buyers may claim back their money within 30 days.
